Ownership/Permission: Own the property or have explicit permission from the landlord/building owner.Local Permits: Compliance with local zoning, taxes, permits, and short-term rental regulations.Property Insurance: Secure appropriate insurance beyond standard homeowner coverage.Safety: Adhere to fire safety (smoke alarms, CO detectors) and gas safety regulations.Cleanliness: Provide a spotless space and clean between guests (laundry, trash, surfaces).Health & Safety: No mold, pests, or hazards; ensure hot water and heating/AC.Essentials: Wi-Fi, clean linens, pillows, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and basic kitchen supplies.Amenities: Provide bedside lamp, hangers, full-length mirror, and a trash can.Communication: Respond to guests within 10 hours, especially for last-minute bookings.Accuracy: List your space honestly, including rules for noise, pets, and guests.
